We all know we should eat healthier and more intelligent and more often if we eat junk food and trash, but why? Sometimes it comes to taste, want to eat what tastes good’ Sometimes it comes to costs and bad things we eat is, unfortunately, less expensive’ For example, a packet of biscuits 2 pounds duplex is only $ 1′99 and a pepper that can sometimes cost a lot’

However, it is up to us to get more of these excuses, after all, we are the ones who choose’ If you eat the shit now, you will pay later in health care, and possibly could lead to illness or even shorten life’ So why not learn to eat what is good and with good reason, to learn to cook yourself’ Well, enough preaching, I would recommend a very good book for you’ A book that is high in fiber into account:

“Slim and Delicious High Fiber Cookbook” by Marjorie Carter’ Freshwater Press’ 1994

This book is a masterpiece of joy and perfect for people who want to want to cook your own food and eat good food, while maintaining a regular flow of fiber-rich foods in your diet’ With nearly 25 dishes in this book will keep your hunger at bay for many moons and never get tired of cooking these tasty deals’ I recommend a dish cooked with sweet potatoes and sautéed scallops’ These are two of my favorites’ In fact, almost every dish is beautiful and the book is well illustrated, it will make you drool just paging through it’ Go to the fiber and healthy cooking’
