dissolved&#8217; Preheat the grill&#8217; Adjust the indirect heat cooking&#8217; Place the ribs<br />

<p>Pork chops on the grill Tropical</p>
<p>BBQ INGREDIENTS<br />
1 clove garlic, minced<br />
1 teaspoon chile powder<br />
1 / 4 c&#8217; Cayenne Pepper Tea<br />
1 pod of cardamom seeds<br />
1 / 2 teaspoon water, or as needed<br />
1 v&#8217; Tea-oil plant<br />
1 / 4 cup rice vinegar<br />
1 / 2 cup sugar<br />
1 mango &#8211; peeled, seeded and chopped<br />
1 / 4 c&#8217; tea salt<br />
1 / 2 teaspoon coriander<br />
2 teaspoons lemon juice<br />
1 fresh jalapeno chile, chopped<br />
1 1 / 2 cup unsweetened applesauce<br />
3 rings of pineapple, chopped<br />
1 pinch of white pepper<br />
1 / 3 cup soy sauce<br />
1 / 3 cup rice vinegar<br />
6 pork chops</p>
<p>INSTRUCTIONS<br />
With a mortar and pestle, mix together the garlic, chile powder, pepper and cardamom seeds&#8217; Mix in enough water to form a paste&#8217;</p>
<p>Driver of the oil in a saucepan over medium heat&#8217; Add the peppers and cook until it begins to bubble, about 30 seconds&#8217; Add vinegar and cook without boiling for 2 minutes&#8217; Add sugar until dissolved&#8217; Add the mango, salt, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno and simmer 20 minutes&#8217; Combine apples and pineapple and simmer for 10 minutes&#8217; Season with white pepper&#8217; Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed&#8217;</p>
<p>To prepare marinade, combine 2 / 3 cup sauce with soy sauce and 1 / 3 cup of vinegar&#8217; Place pork chops in a large plastic bag and pour marinade over the chops&#8217; Seal tightly and place in refrigerator for 1 hour&#8217;</p>
<p>Prepare barbecue to medium heat&#8217; Drain the marinade from the bag and heat in a saucepan until boiling&#8217;<br />
Lightly oil grill&#8217; Place pork chops on hot grill&#8217; Bake 10 minutes or to desired cook, turning once and basting occasionally with the boiled marinade&#8217;</p>
<p>Rest of the hot sauce in medium-low&#8217; Serve pork chops topped with the sauce&#8217;</p>
