Pour the sauce into a saucepan, combine brown sugar, onion, vinegar, mustard,

BBQ INGREDIENTS
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chile powder
1 / 4 c’ Cayenne Pepper Tea
1 pod of cardamom seeds
1 / 2 teaspoon water, or as needed
1 v’ Tea-oil plant
1 / 4 cup rice vinegar
1 / 2 cup sugar
1 mango – peeled, seeded and chopped
1 / 4 c’ tea salt
1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 fresh jalapeno chile, chopped
1 1 / 2 cup unsweetened applesauce
3 rings of pineapple, chopped
1 pinch of white pepper
1 / 3 cup soy sauce
1 / 3 cup rice vinegar
6 pork chops
INSTRUCTIONS
With a mortar and pestle, mix together the garlic, chile powder, pepper and cardamom seeds’ Mix in enough water to form a paste’
Driver of the oil in a saucepan over medium heat’ Add the peppers and cook until it begins to bubble, about 30 seconds’ Add vinegar and cook without boiling for 2 minutes’ Add sugar until dissolved’ Add the mango, salt, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeno and simmer 20 minutes’ Combine apples and pineapple and simmer for 10 minutes’ Season with white pepper’ Place in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed’
To prepare marinade, combine 2 / 3 cup sauce with soy sauce and 1 / 3 cup of vinegar’ Place pork chops in a large plastic bag and pour marinade over the chops’ Seal tightly and place in refrigerator for 1 hour’
Prepare barbecue to medium heat’ Drain the marinade from the bag and heat in a saucepan until boiling’
Lightly oil grill’ Place pork chops on hot grill’ Bake 10 minutes or to desired cook, turning once and basting occasionally with the boiled marinade’
Rest of the hot sauce in medium-low’ Serve pork chops topped with the sauce’
